This community group was led by Janine Stiles.

To be a part of this community group you had to:

• Be at least 18 years old;

• Be pregnant or the parent of a young child;

• Have experience with mental health or substance use issues yourself or in your family, and be willing to talk about those experiences in a safe environment; and

• Be able to attend 3 Community Group Meetings in June-August, 2023.
